Mother/daughter relationships are very tricky

That sounds like my relationship to my mother when she was alive. But over the years I realised she had some fantastic traits I didn’t fully appreciate, such as being friendly and open to one and all. Always a smile in good days and bad … and I humbly if belatedly try to follow in her footsteps!

Lol! I wish I had more in common with my mother. I’m not sure how such a level headed woman ended up with an emotional see saw for a daughter, but at least I had a good example 🙂
