Winter….really?

Yesterday, we got about 5″ of snow.  Typical winter weather.  √

Today, 4F, windchill zero degrees F, plowed snow, black ice.  Typical winter weather. √

Thursday, 53F and raining.  Really?

    Our weather’s also been weird. But then our weather (in the UK) generally is!

    Winter here’s usually pathetic, and by our standards it’s freezing these days – though actually only at night. It warms up during the day but we’re all walking around in gear fit for Siberia 🙂

    Ours has been a rollercoaster this week as well. But at least the rain washes away the ice! Sadly, we’re getting rain today, with the possibility of ice later this weekend.
