Top 5 Favorite Songs

This is what I was doing a year ago. These are still my favorite songs, and I thought with the 2017 Eric Clapton Tour going on, this list is particularly relevant. I hope you enjoy the music. What are your Top 5 Favorite Songs?

saneteachers

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away I started a weekly series about my favorite books by genre.  I started with Saneteachers’ Weekly Genre Feature-Fantasy and thanks to being a knucklehead and very ADD, I never wrote another genre feature.  So I guess more accurately, it should be Saneteachers’ Yearly Genre Feature.

I love listening to music almost as much as I love reading.  So instead of a genre reading list, I’m going to share my top 5 favorite songs.  Not by genre, because I have fairly eclectic tastes, but by how-much-I-like-them.  Oh boy, now to narrow it down to 5.

Unlike most people, there are lots of songs/artists that haven’t stood the test of time with me.  As a child and teenager, I had every album the Beatles made and my friends and I would count down the days until the next one came out. Now…
